Today we will focus on improving your balance and stability as we power through all standing exercises, that require good coordination & core engagement.
Adding weights to you Pilates workouts helps to further stress muscles, leading to growth and increased strength beyond what bodyweight exercises can provide. Utilizing dumbbells in your Pilates workouts can highlight strength discrepancies between one side of the body and the other, allowing you to address weaknesses and improve overall balance and body awareness.
