Overnight oats are one of the easiest breakfasts you can make. Just mix everything together, put it in the fridge, and wake up to a creamy, ready-to-eat meal. They’re packed with fiber, omega-3s, and whole plant ingredients that support gut health and help keep you full.

Base Overnight Oats (Use for All Recipes)
Ingredients (per jar)
½ cup rolled oats
¾ unsweetened plant milk - we used soy milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp maple syrup or date paste or date syrup
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Add everything to a jar and stir well. Let sit overnight (or at least 4–6 hours) in the fridge.

Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats
Add to base:
1 tsp white miso
1 Tbsp cashew butter (or blended cashews) for extra creaminess
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Top with, the next morning:
Fresh strawberries

Chocolate Almond Butter Overnight Oats
Add to base:
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Top with, the next morning:
Banana slices
Cacao nibs

Blueberry Lemon Muffin Overnight Oats
Add to base:
½ tsp lemon zest
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ tsp cinnamon(optional)
Top with:
Walnuts or pecans

Robin’s Granola
¼ cup of each:
Goji berries
Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Hemp seeds
Dried cranberries
