My story:
Until I was about 45 years old maintaining my weight was relatively easy. For the past 6 years no matter what I tried I was not able to lose more than a couple of pounds and then I would ultimately gain them back. I felt very frustrated and hopeless.

Back in December of 2023 my weight loss game was changed when I started learning more about insulin resistance and other obstacles that I believe were making it very difficult for me to lose any weight over 50. I created this channel to help other women lose weight by sharing my experiences. I hope you'll join me in striving to feel better at 50 than you ever have.

To date, I have lost 45 pounds in the last year and a half, the first 10 I lost in the first month and the last 10 in 3 weeks. My goal is to lose 50 lbs total which would put me at 125 pounds at 5'2". Are you ready to lose the next 10 pounds?
