Hey everyone, I did Arbonne 30 days to healthy living last year and loved it so I thought I would do it again, here is a quick what I eat in a day on the 30 days to healthier living diet. For those of you who don't know this mean cutting out, gluten, dairy, soy, non-gmo foods, alcohol and coffee. Typically you have two shakes a day, supplements and one meal.
