Important notes.

By no means, is this a bad meal, it’s Absolutely top tier.

But unfortunately, one meal, no matter how good, doesn’t solve all nutrients to feel the best you possible could.

And completely missing a few, can leave you feeling like shit.

**On the pasteurization part before you go crazy creaming yourself thinking about raw milk: Pasteurizing kraut is different, pasteurizing fermented products removes their probiotics.

Milk, is not fermented. Pasteurizing that, will not remove what makes milk good.

Now, you are probably thinking “but yoghurt is fermented, so those probiotics are destroyed?”.

No, the milk is FIRST pasteurized, THEN probiotics are added and it’s fermented. As long as the probiotics don’t undergo fermentation. We’re good.

Notes on what to eat:
Just because you hear me say that something doesn’t contain many nutrients, or isn’t AS nutrient dense as another option. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat it.
I eat stuff that doesn’t contain shit, all the time. Even stuff that only contains bad things 😆
These videos are just to learn a bit better what things contain what. Not to follow and optimize everything to perfection. Because that’s unnecessary:)
