HOW I EAT 1700 CALORIES IN A DAY 🥗
I am currently around 11 weeks out and in a rapid fat loss phase, and this is what I eat in a day during a bodybuilding competition prep!
My protocols are currently:
1710 calories (160c / 30f / 200p)
10k steps per day
5 x 30 minutes cardio session at 130-140 bpm
My goal with these with these 1700 calories is to keep my foods as high volume as possible to keep my hunger in check.
For now, this routine is working very well for me:
👉🏼 4 high volume meals a day as opposed to more frequent meals. I find that I don't really need to fast at the moment with these calories as my hunger has been fine.
👉🏼 Waking up super early in the morning to frontload my training, cardio, and steps so that I don't have to worry about them during the rest of the day
👉🏼 Sipping on a fat burner with 1-1.5L of water during the morning has helped with my hunger management during my training sessions
👉🏼 Always plan my meals a day in advanced so I know what I'm going to be eating
👉🏼 Drink lots of water throughout the day to keep me fuller
