- 5 chicken legs/thighs
- 3.5 fl oz / 100 ml of coconut milk (β 7 Tbsp) (
- 17 fl oz / 500 ml of water (β 2 cups)
- Salt, black pepper
- Garlic, curry powder, cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground flaxseed ( )
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese (I used Parmesan)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Bake at 200Β°C / 390Β°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 5 servings, each with approximately 161 calories, 1 g carbs (1 g fiber), 14 g protein, and 9 g fat.
